The 2026 season marked the inaugural season of the Grand Junction Razorback Suckers, and the new Pecos League club quickly produced some unforgettable individual performances. Playing out of Suplizio Field, Grand Junction featured a powerful lineup capable of producing huge offensive nights along with a pitching staff that delivered several dominant starts.
Nicholas Sall, Basiel Williams, Wyatt Cunningham, Michael Doerr, Elias Fiddler, Jake Alwine, Aiden Bevan, Ryan Rifenberg and others supplied the offense, while Josh Stoll, Lucas Smith, Cody Hill, Thomas Czyz, Caleb Menard, Jordan Hodges and the pitching staff gave Grand Junction important innings throughout the summer.
Here are some of the best individual performances from the 2026 Grand Junction Razorback Suckers season.
Nicholas Sall — Three Home Runs and Eight RBIs against Tucson
Nicholas Sall delivered one of the greatest offensive performances of the entire 2026 Pecos League season on July 2 against the Tucson Saguaros.
Sall went a perfect 5-for-5 with THREE HOME RUNS, eight RBIs and four runs scored as Grand Junction crushed Tucson 23-3.
It was an extraordinary combination of average and power. Sall reached safely in every official at-bat and accounted for eight of Grand Junction's 23 runs with his bat.
Lucas Smith — Complete Game and Four Hits in the Same Game
Lucas Smith had one of the most unusual two-way performances of Grand Junction's season in the same July 2 victory over Tucson.
Smith pitched all nine innings, allowing three runs on nine hits while walking only one and striking out seven.
But Smith wasn't finished. He also collected four hits and scored four runs at the plate.
A complete-game victory combined with a four-hit offensive performance made it one of the most remarkable all-around games by a Razorback Sucker in 2026.
Michael Doerr — Home Run and Four RBIs in 23-3 Victory
Michael Doerr joined Sall in the offensive explosion against Tucson on July 2.
Doerr collected two hits, including a home run, scored three times and drove in four runs.
With Sall hitting three home runs, Cunningham adding another and Doerr going deep, Grand Junction overwhelmed Tucson with one of its biggest offensive performances of the season.
Elias Fiddler — Walk-Off Two-Run Double against Tucson
Elias Fiddler supplied one of the most dramatic hits of the season on July 3 against Tucson.
Grand Junction entered the bottom of the ninth inning trailing 10-9. With Aiden Bevan and Ryan Rifenberg aboard, Fiddler doubled home both runners to give the Razorback Suckers an 11-10 walk-off victory.
It was exactly the type of late-game hit that becomes one of the defining moments of a season.
Josh Stoll — Nine-Inning Complete Game with Nine Strikeouts
Josh Stoll delivered one of the signature pitching performances of Grand Junction's season against the Roswell Invaders on June 6.
Stoll pitched a complete nine-inning game, allowing four runs on eight hits while striking out nine and walking only one.
Grand Junction won 7-4, completing a sweep of Roswell.
Stoll's ability to finish the game himself while recording nine strikeouts made the performance one of the strongest starts of the Razorback Suckers' inaugural season.
Nicholas Sall showed his power well before his historic three-home-run game against Tucson.
Against the Pecos Bills on June 20, Sall hit TWO home runs, drove in three and scored three times as Grand Junction earned a 10-7 victory.
It was another indication that Sall was developing into one of the most dangerous power hitters in the Grand Junction lineup.
Nicholas Sall — Home Run, Four RBIs and Four Runs against Trinidad
Nicholas Sall delivered another huge performance on June 22 as Grand Junction defeated Trinidad 15-2.
Sall went 2-for-3 with a home run, FOUR RBIs and FOUR runs scored.
Grand Junction scored four runs in the first inning and three more in the second, and Sall was in the middle of the attack throughout the game.
Thomas Czyz — Six Shutout Innings and Seven Strikeouts
Thomas Czyz dominated Trinidad in Grand Junction's 15-2 victory on June 22.
Czyz threw six scoreless innings, allowed only three hits and struck out seven.
The Razorback Suckers pitching staff held Trinidad to four hits in the game, but Czyz did most of the work with six shutout frames.
Michael Doerr — Four Runs, Three RBIs and Two Stolen Bases
Michael Doerr had an outstanding all-around offensive performance in the June 22 victory over Trinidad.
Doerr went 2-for-4 with a double, three RBIs, four runs scored and two stolen bases.
He produced runs, scored runs and created pressure on the bases in Grand Junction's 15-2 victory.
Basiel Williams — Two Hits and Three Stolen Bases
Basiel Williams added another dimension to Grand Junction's June 22 offensive attack.
Williams went 2-for-4, drove in two runs and stole THREE bases.
His combination of hitting and speed helped Grand Junction overwhelm Trinidad.
Elias Fiddler — Home Run and Six RBIs in 27-Run Explosion
Elias Fiddler delivered one of his biggest offensive games on June 26 when Grand Junction scored 27 runs against the Santa Fe Fuego.
Fiddler went 3-for-4 with a home run, three runs scored and SIX RBIs.
Grand Junction scored eight runs in the third inning, 10 in the fourth and five more in the fifth during the 27-14 victory.
Nicholas Sall — Two Home Runs and Eight RBIs against Santa Fe
Nicholas Sall produced another extraordinary power performance when Grand Junction scored 32 runs against Santa Fe on June 24.
Sall went 4-for-7 with four runs scored, TWO HOME RUNS and EIGHT RBIs.
Remarkably, that wasn't even Sall's only eight-RBI game of the season. Just over a week later he would hit three home runs and drive in eight against Tucson.
Basiel Williams — Five Runs, Five RBIs and a Home Run
Basiel Williams was also spectacular in Grand Junction's 32-23 victory over Santa Fe.
Williams went 4-for-5, scored FIVE runs, homered and drove in FIVE runs.
It was one of several huge offensive performances Williams produced during the season.
Basiel Williams — Five Hits and Seven RBIs against North Platte
Basiel Williams delivered one of the biggest hitting performances of Grand Junction's season on July 23 against the North Platte 80s.
Williams went 5-for-7 with a triple, FIVE runs scored and SEVEN RBIs. He also walked and stole two bases.
Grand Junction collected 25 hits and scored 28 runs in a 28-9 victory.
Williams contributed in virtually every possible way: hits, runs, RBIs, extra-base power, walks and stolen bases.
Nicholas Sall produced several of the most remarkable individual games in the inaugural history of the Razorback Suckers.
His biggest performance came July 2 when he went 5-for-5 with three home runs and eight RBIs against Tucson.
He also hit two home runs and drove in eight against Santa Fe, hit two home runs against Pecos, homered while driving in four and scoring four times against Trinidad, and continued hitting for power throughout the remainder of the season.
Sall finished the season as Grand Junction's leading home-run hitter with 15.
Wyatt Cunningham — Power and Speed
Wyatt Cunningham supplied one of the most exciting combinations of power and speed on the Grand Junction roster.
He stole four bases against Roswell, scored five times and homered against Tucson on July 2, then hit two home runs two nights later on July 4.
Cunningham finished the season with eight home runs while repeatedly creating scoring opportunities with his legs.
Basiel Williams — One of Grand Junction's Most Productive Hitters
Basiel Williams produced some of the biggest all-around games of the season.
He went 5-for-7 with seven RBIs and five runs against North Platte, followed the next day with two home runs, and earlier went 4-for-5 with five runs and five RBIs against Santa Fe.
Williams combined power, speed and run production throughout the inaugural season and finished with six home runs.

The Razorback Suckers also received several outstanding individual performances on the mound.
Josh Stoll pitched a nine-inning complete game with nine strikeouts against Roswell.
Cody Hill carried a no-hitter through 6 2/3 innings against Trinidad.
Lucas Smith pitched a complete game against Tucson while also collecting four hits at the plate.
Thomas Czyz threw six shutout innings with seven strikeouts against Trinidad.
Jordan Hodges threw 5 1/3 scoreless relief innings with six strikeouts against North Platte.
Caleb Menard delivered eight strong innings in the July 24 victory over North Platte.

The inaugural season produced no shortage of memorable individual performances.
Nicholas Sall established himself as Grand Junction's premier power threat with 15 home runs and multiple enormous RBI games.
Basiel Williams delivered huge multi-hit games, power and speed.
Wyatt Cunningham combined home-run power with outstanding base running.
